The
school is required to have rigorous child protection procedures in
place, and the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher are the named child
protection officers for the school. As an essential part of our
procedures all members of staff have a professional duty to report any
concerns, or disclosures from a child, regarding a child's safety and
well-being. There are rigorous procedures within Enfield Children's
Services that must be followed by the school if a child is at risk of
harm. In line with government requirements
the school maintains a central list of Criminal Records Bureau (CRB)
checks on appointed staff, and adults who work in our school. Any
volunteers or parents working in the school are subject to full CRB
checks. |
